“Again, truly I tell you that two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there I am with them.” Matthew 18:19-20 (NIV)
Prayer is a vital part of every believer’s life and a significant tool through which God’s power and presence can be made manifest in our everyday lives. At Wellspring, we strongly encourage people to pray. We also offer to pray for anyone, for any need, for any reason.
If you would like prayer, click here. Wellspring’s Prayer Team will pray for you. Prayers can be submitted anonymously.
Wellspring Church has a faithful and dedicated Prayer Team that prays over all prayer requests submitted online, through the Connection Card located on the back of the seats in the auditorium, and in person to one of the pastors or prayer team members. This team also comes together before Sunday morning gatherings to pray for the service itself and for all those who come to it.
We are always looking for fellow prayer warriors who can join with us to lift up those in spiritual need. To learn more about the Prayer Team or to get involved in our prayer ministry at Wellspring, email David Rhodes.
Meals of Mercy
At Wellspring, we have a ministry called Meals of Mercy, in which we provide meals on a temporary basis for those who are sick, recovering from surgery, welcoming new children into their family (through childbirth, adoption or foster care) or experiencing momentary need. Our goal, through the Lord’s guidance and provision, is to bring joy and comfort through physical nourishment, which will, in turn, give the church body the spiritual strength to move forward together. Church members and regular attenders take time to prepare and deliver these meals to individuals and families in need. To learn more about Meals of Mercy or to get involved by helping prepare meals, email us here.
