Hear Our Story
Wellspring Church may be relatively new to the Goodyear area, but God birthed this church in the hearts of Pastor Chris and Brenna Stull long before its beginnings. In fact, the Stulls, along with many others, have been diligently praying for decades to see God move by bringing the transforming power of the Gospel of Christ to the Phoenix Valley. Even when God took their family to Texas for nine years, they did not give up praying for the people of the desert. Eventually, God led the Stulls back to the West Valley in August 2013 with the purpose of planting a church.
Wellspring Church had its first corporate gathering on February 9, 2014 at Mabel Padgett Elementary School. The church met at Mabel Padgett as God grew it to over two hundred people. One November 1, 2015, Wellspring moved locations to Trivium Preparatory Academy, which provided more space for the work God wanted to do in our midst. After celebrating our second anniversary on January 31, 2015, we have continued to see new families and friends come to call Wellspring their home church. God is truly bringing life to the desert through His Son Jesus Christ!
Get to Know Jesus
Wellspring Church is all about Jesus! He is at the center of all we do. Our deepest desire is to see every man, woman, and child meet Jesus, get to know Him, and cultivate a personal, thriving, life-changing relationship with Him. All prayer requests are kept confidential and can even be submitted anonymously if desired.
