Our Hospitality/Operations teams are at the heart of Wellspring Church. These dedicated teams oversee the behind-the-scenes “nuts and bolts” of our main worship gathering on Sunday mornings at 10AM. It takes a lot of people partnering with us to see our Sunday gatherings come together. We are always looking for individuals with servant hearts who would like to join one of these ministry teams. Those who are a part of the Hospitality/Operations teams find it is one of the highlights of their week as they partner with others to serve our church community.
After Sunday gatherings each week, everyone gathers in the courtyard for a time of food, fellowship and play for the children. Wellspring has quite the spread of snacks, treats, coffee, lemonade, and water. Several people are needed to help set up the hospitality table, keep it stocked, and tear it down at the end of our fellowship time together. To learn more about our hospitality team or to help serve in some capacity, email Phyllis Hartwick at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At Sunday gatherings, Wellspring has a team of enthusiastic people who serve as greeters and ushers. Our greeters come early on Sunday in order to welcome visitors and regular attenders alike as they arrive. They also serve at a Welcome Table in the back of the auditorium to greet any visitors and help them get better acquainted with Wellspring Church. In addition to greeters, ushers serve during our service by passing out information, collecting offerings, and helping visitors and attenders find seating. To learn more about our greeting/ushering team or to serve in this area, email Monique Molina.
In the courtyard following our Sunday morning gathering is an Information Table that provides information about Wellspring, upcoming events, and volunteer opportunities. People are needed each week to help answer questions and direct people to information they are seeking. To learn more about the Information Table or to help serve, email Ernestina Onstad.
Our Set-Up/Tear-Down Crew is a highly-motived group of people who love to bond and build friendships while unloading trucks, moving chairs, setting up tables, hanging pipe and drape, putting up on-campus and off-campus signs, as well as running cables and other equipment. This Wellspring team knows how to get the job done while laughing and having a great time doing it. To learn more about the Set-Up/Tear-Down Crew or to serve alongside this awesome group, email Ernie Molina.
Wellspring’s Technical Team helps put together all things sound and video-related each Sunday morning. This includes mikes, cables, speakers, projectors, screens, cameras, and much more. Some team members also assist by running powerpoint presentations and operating the sound board during the service. To learn more about the Technical Team or to serve in this area, email Dave McPherson at email@example.com.
